Detailed Overview of RML Services
Registration
Our login page is https://readmylanguage.com/rmlnb/login.php
A person seeking any of our 5 services will need to register his/her email. We validate the email by a token we send in a verification email.
The 5 Services we offer
1. Transcription Text Extraction in source language from Audio/Video
And Optional onward translation to another language
2. Translation Transformation to another Language
And Optional translation to a second language
3. Transliteration Transformation to Phonetic English or Devanagari
4. OCR - Text extraction in source language from Images and Scanned PDFs
And Optional onward translation to another language
5. Special assignments mix of above 4; Complex text extractions
All services will always be billable as all will be executed by paid APIs.
What is API - Application Programing Interface - authorized access to services ex. Translation or Transcription.
We will NOT correct for audibility or any other issue.
What our best API delivers we will send in plain text format via email after some appraisal.
If feasible we will email the bill amount.
Login will take the user to the bill as we allow only 1 outstanding payment.
If not feasible we will send a regret email.
The user can place another order.
Till billing or regret no new order can be placed.
As our payment model is uniquely post effort and we incur expense on API costs,
only 1 order is allowed in process.

Transcription ₹50/minute rounded to nearest minute
2 mins 47 secs will be 3x₹50 i.e ₹150
3 mins 23 secs will be billed for 3 minutes
Below 1 minute will be ₹50
OCR
All ₹100/100KiloBytes of text content
Rounded to nearest 100 KB
243 KB output will be billed for 200 KB
274 KB input will be billed for 300 KB
Below 100KB will be ₹100
Translation and Transliteration
All ₹50/100KiloBytes of text content
Rounded to nearest 100 KB
243 KB output will be billed for 200 KB
274 KB input will be billed for 300 KB
Below 100KB will be ₹50

Text Extraction in source language from Audio/Video
And Optional onward translation to another language
Extracting formatted text from audios(MP3).
If people send Videos(MP4) we will convert to MP3 Audio.
Songs, videos with too much background music are not suitable.
We support only 1 dominant language as Source Language
Use Cases:
1: You wish to keep a copy of a lecture, sermon, prayer poem
2: After Transcription you want onward translation ex. From a German Video
We Prefer URLs But Also Accept email attachment
A person seeking service will send an URL - youtube, google-drive, facebook etc.
The URL must be public read shared
A person may send by email mp3 audio or mp4 video or PDF or Image or DOCX etc
to services@readmylanguage.com
if a person does not have the URL and not have time to share by google drive etc
In all 5 services users can send Audio/Video Image PDF Word Text files as email attachments
Of course URL sharing is perhaps the best and preferred option
youtube, google-drive, facebook Dropbox Google docs etc
Only when you cannot share URL consider sending an attachment in an email with a concise subject line that describes your content to services@readmylanguage.com.
In our ORDER FORM in place of URL type the 1st word as email followers by text you wrote in subject line

The translation must be properly punctuated in the target language and of course be accurate.
